I share my love for food as freely as I share my love for dance - meaning I will happily go on and on and on about either subject for as long as you will allow me to! A career in the food industry feels like a natural progression from one in the entertainment industry. In fact, there have been a few times in my life when I almost made that transition - like the time in 2010 when I almost bought a food truck with a former dance colleague, OR in 2013 & 2015 when I was in final casting consideration for Food Network shows ‘The Great Food Truck Race,’ and “All Star Academy.’
I am currently cooking family style meals in Slidell, LA (a suburb of New Orleans) in hopes of growing into a food truck business! But not just a regular food truck - a mobile venue! It is my dream to build what I like to call a ‘pop up supper club,’ and travel across the country!
